“Future Black Men of America, Inc. (FBMA) is an organization designed to improve the quality of life for African American males.  We hope to improve their chances of success by encouraging them towards success in education, emphasizing the importance of morals, values, ethics, and spirituality, and by empowering them to become socially and economically responsible for our society.”
Future Black Men of America, Inc. is awarded a "2007 Allstate Southeast Region Agency Hands in the Community Grant"

Roger Floyd has been affiliated with Allstate Insurance Company for over 33 years. He has owned and operated The Floyd Agency, Inc for the pass 20 years. The agency specializes in multi-line policies: ( Home, Auto, Business, Life, Financial Services, Renters, Landlords, Mobile Homes etc...)  The agency  prides itself on providing excellent customer service that exceeds our customers expectation. "We also welcome referrals, which is the ultimate compliment for any business." states Roger Floyd.

Mr. Floyd is an active member of Baptist Grove Church in Raleigh, NC. He serves as a Trustee, Usher, member of  the Male Chorus, and in the Men's Ministry. Giving a helping hand is critically important for the good of all mankind. "The Allstate Foundation has certainly put that to action by selecting Future Black Men of America, Inc as a recipient of this year's grant. It is our hope that this monetary incentive will assist your organization to further strive in pursuing your mission and ultimately reaching your goals." states Mr. Floyd.
